The Group's subsidiaries, Tiger Faith Securities Limited (TF Securities) (SFC CE no. : BLB524) and Tiger Faith Asset Management Limited (TF Asset Management) (SFC CE no. BLB522), licensed by the Securities and Futures Commission, provide a wide range of securities dealing, fund raising, investment advisory and asset management services.

Our Business

Securities Dealing	We provide a wide range of listed securities, warrants and derivatives products for trading through our dealers or via our reliable internet trading platform or mobile trading apps.
Investment Banking	We provide investment banking services, including share placement, under-writing, subscription of initial public offering, bonds issue, etc.
Securities margin financing	We provide additional funding with a competitive interest rate for enhancing margin clients' flexibilities for securities trading and potential return. We also offer margin financing for initial public offerings. Clients, who make use of our margin financing facilities , can use listed stocks, convertiable bonds as mortgage. Borrowing limit is based on the market value of marginable stocks held and margin ratio of approved individual stock.
Asset Management and fund management	The Tiger Faith Asset Management is an investment and fund manager. We provide portfolio management and fund management services for clients on a discretionary basis. According to the needs and investment objectives of individual client, we provide a tailor-made portfolio management services so as to optimize clients' wealth by generating consistent returns with a sound risk management.
Other Services	We provide securities custodian and nominee services including collection of cash dividends /script dividends, receipt of bonus issues, addition rights subscriptions, IPO subscriptions and etc.
